When our founder was applying to college, finding the money to make it happen was one of the hardest parts of the entire process — harder than the essays, harder than the applications. She promised herself that if she made it through, she'd be part of the change for the next person coming up behind her.
The EmpowerU Scholars Fund is that promise, kept. No student should have to fight this hard just to get a shot at their future.
Caribbean students pursuing higher education — no matter the field, no matter the school — who need funding to be the reason they can go, not the reason they can't. Read the eligibility criteria for full details.
EmpowerU's academic scholarship is aimed at supporting young Caribbean students pursuing tertiary education. This scholarship is aimed at supporting eligible students with tuition and book fee assistance. Eligibility Criteria
