Audrey Urighe, EmpowerU's Program Lead, saw it up close: Sint Maarten students hitting a wall in CXC Math, not for lack of ability, but lack of access to consistent, quality support. She knew closing that gap needed the right partner — Mariska Carty, a Sint Maarten-born educator based in the Netherlands who's been through CXC herself and understands exactly what these students are up against.
Together, they built Rising Tide: an online tutoring program bringing CXC Math support directly to Sint Maarten's secondary students, no matter where the right teacher happens to live.

Semester-long CXC Math Tutoring Program for 25 Sint Maarten secondary school students. Pre-exam and exam classes. Fully covered. No cost to you or your family.
